About an Australian History Mysteries (AHM) Subscription

Annual subscription to this website is based on your school type and size (total student enrolment).

Please see subscribe for latest prices.

  • An annual subscription gives your whole school or establishment access to the full range of content on this website.
  • Larger educational establishments such as Schools, TAFE Colleges, Universities and similar organisations made up of multiple schools, campuses and libraries are required to take out multiple subscriptions.
  • 12 month subscriptions are based from date of purchase not the current year. An AHM subscription will automatically renew at the end of the subscription period for those who paying via credit card. Those who have elected to pay via invoice will be automatically sent a new invoice to renew your subscription. The subscription will not be renewed until that invoice is paid.
  • A school must have an individual Australian History Mysteries (AHM) account and not share the same account with other schools.

As a condition of your use of the Websites or the Material, you guarantee to Ryebuck Media that you will not use Australian History Mysteries for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by all local, state, national and international laws and regulations.

An AHM Subscription can be played both at home and school by logging in with your account email and password. You may not use an AHM Subscription if you do not have an active subscription. You may not share, transfer, resell, or assign your AHM Subscription or any of the licences which are part of the subscription.

An AHM subscription that is paid via credit card will automatically renew at the end of the subscription period. AHM will send a renewal reminder prior to the expiration, giving the subscriber the opportunity to cancel before renewal. The renewal amount may be different from the initial cost. Automatic renewal for credit card payments can be disabled via your teacher’s dashboard account area.

School Purchase Orders

Ordering an AHM Subscription using a Purchase Order is available for schools only. Please supply a valid email to enable the creation of an AHM Account and allow 24 hours for the purchase order to be reviewed and approved. Upon approval you will receive email confirmation and an invoice. Access to the your subscription will be suspended for unpaid invoices.

Ownership

Ryebuck Media owns all materials that appear on this website including, but not limited to, any trademarks, trade names, slogans, logos, designs, graphics, pictures, images, text, images, code or other materials, (hereafter called the “Content”) including all copyright, trademark, patent, moral rights, and other intellectual property rights thereto is copyrighted as a collective work under Australian laws and other international intellectual property laws. All such rights are hereby asserted and reserved, and you may not make any unauthorized use of the Content, including using the Content in a way that is likely to cause confusion among consumers, using content in a commercial manner, or otherwise infringing on Ryebuck Media’s rights.

Warranty

All our products undergo extensive testing. However, Ryebuck Media does not warrant that the operation of your AHM Subscription will be uninterrupted or error-free or that defects will be corrected.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ryebuck Media excludes liability for any loss or damage of any kind arising out of your use of australianhistorymysteries.info

Ryebuck Media shall have no liability to pay any money by way of compensation.

Ending an AHM Subscription

Ryebuck Media shall be entitled to terminate your subscription and immediately remove, cancel or suspend access to and use of australianhistorymysteries.info for any reason, including if Ryebuck Media believes that you have failed to comply with any part of these Terms, if australianhistorymysteries.info is bought by another company, or for any other reason.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your subscription expires if you do not renew by paying the subscription fee prior to the expiration of the subscription period. If your subscription ends for any reason you must stop using the software and any benefits associated with the subscription.

Subscription Renewals

Subscriptions paid via invoice
Subscriptions paid via invoice will be sent reminder emails 30 and 14 days before a subscription expires. You will need to follow the prompts in the renewal email to renew your subscription. If payment is not made before the subscription expires it will automatically switch to suspended on the expiry date.

Subscriptions paid via Credit Card
Subscriptions paid via credit card will automatically renew for a further 12 months at the completion of the current subscription. Should you wish to discontinue your subscription, it is your responsibility to cancel your account before your renewal date. Refunds can not be issued for change of mind. Administration fees are applicable.

Technical Requirements

The AHM Subscription requires a modern web browser and internet access. Cookies need to be enabled for the website domain australianhistorymysteries.info. Printable activities require a PDF reader.

Updates to the Terms

Ryebuck Media reserves the right to change the benefits available under the subscription at any time without any notice to you. Ryebuck Media may make alterations to these Terms from time to time. These changes shall become effective immediately as soon as they are posted on australianhistorymysteries.info

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ryebuck Media and its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, or other partners, and employees, from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of and access to Australian History Mysteries, your violation of the terms of use, your violation of any rights of another person or entity, or your violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
